Marathon Relay

Come be a part of the marathon
and share the distance with three friends!

Starts: Sunday, December 12, 2010 - 7:30 a.m.
4-person teams

Enjoy beautiful Tucson winter weather with temperatures at the start averaging in the high 30s reaching 65-70 degrees by 11 a.m.

Race-Day Information
No race day registration nor packet pick-up available. The team member running the first relay leg must take a shuttle bus to the official marathon starting line.

Relay Info:
Relay information with exact details on relay points, maps, parking and transportation will be available at the Expo. Each team will receive a baton with a parking permit. One person may pick up all four packets at the Expo.

Each 4-Person team will run distances as follows (these will change for 2010):

1st Leg = TBA Miles - exchange at Mountain Vista School on W. El Paseo in Oracle;

2nd Leg = TBA Miles - exchange across from Circle K on American Ave & Rockliffe Blvd

3rd leg = TBA Miles - exchange at Oracle Jct (across from Lupe's restaurant)- Hwy 77 & Hwy 80;

4th leg = TBA Miles to Finish Line

Team awards include top three teams in male, female & coed. All relay runners will receive a T-shirt and finisher's medallion.

Please park in designated areas or you will be subject to ticketing or towing.
