Volunteers
Not going to run this year? Why not support the runners by volunteering your time. All volunteers get a free marathon t-shirt and unmeasurable amounts of self-worth. Here are some volunteer opportunities. Please contact one of the following individuals via email.
- Packet Pick Up: Friday, December 9, 1 – 7 pm. and Saturday, December 10, 9 am. – 5 pm. at the Tucson Hilton El Conquistador. Contact Cyndi Sawchuk at Cyndi.sawchuk@comcast.net.
- Aid Stations, Sunday, December 11th, 7 am. – 2 pm. along the marathon race. Contact Al Culwin at ironal1@msn.com.
- Finish Area, Sunday, December 11th, 6 am. – 3 pm. Work in the food tent area, the finish line area, bag pick up, awards table, clean up. Contact info@dreamchaserevents.com
- Course Set-Up, Sunday, December 11th beginning in the wee hours of the morning (let’s call it Saturday night.) If you are interested, please contact Pam Reed at 520-403-3355 or preed@theriver.com.
